Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for unopened, unused items in original, salable condition.

Condition: We cannot accept returns on:

• Any frame or kit component that has been drilled, milled, modified, or attempted to be assembled.
• Any item not in its original, sealed packaging.
• Firearm components classified as serialized or 'other' (e.g., stripped frames) once transferred through an FFL—these are final sale.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for eligible returns in original condition.

Process: To start a return, email support@polymer80direct.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Do not ship returns without an RMA—they will be refused.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
