Ordering: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to verify age/identity for restricted items.

Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

Age & Compliance: By purchasing any frame, kit, or component, you represent that you are of legal age (18+ for receivers/frames, 21+ in some jurisdictions) and that your purchase and subsequent assembly comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. It is your responsibility to know your laws.

Intellectual Property: All product names, logos, and imagery are trademarks or property of their respective owners (Polymer80, Glock, etc.). This site is an independent retailer, not affiliated with Polymer80 or Glock.

Limitation of Liability: Polymer80 Direct's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product use, assembly, or malfunction. You assume all risk and responsibility for the lawful and safe assembly, modification, and operation of any firearm built using our products.
